Empowering people through “democratization” of improved access to care with their own regular smartphones to provide them with previously untapped levels of advanced remote sensing capabilities to generate new levels of complex skin observables. We do this through use of smartphones for individual-level self-scanning of skin and body parts using embedded photographic, LIDAR and temporal capabilities. This includes a separate LED-based spectral booster that enhances blood flow observables and chromophores.
We are working with Mayo Clinic / ASU for prioritizing use-case(s) as balanced against detection abilities, clinical research resourcing, and market timelines that support testing, deployment, and scaling. Our objective is to generate value through scientific validation, user acceptance, and revenue generation, putting the capability into the hands of the people who may most benefit from this technology.
