More than half of all people who are discharged from the hospital do not qualify for home health. That doesn’t mean that they wouldn’t benefit from it or want the support. Additionally, those who do qualify for home health feel like they are left unsupported and still require additional assistance. Without help, many of these people end up back in the hospital again. Navi Nurses helps people confidently manage their care at home so they can have the best outcome and the best quality of life possible.
As a result of this accelerator, Navi Nurses is exploring partnerships and other opportunities that will allow for more people to access this care as a workplace benefit or in combination with medical devices that need to be managed at home. The accelerator also forged important relationships with individuals and groups that can benefit from this care.
